Your Subscription fee is worth more with Gift Aid.

Every month you pay your subscription (£10 /£20 / £30). Gift Aid means that your monthly payment is now worth £12.50 / £25 / £37.50.

What is Gift Aid?

Gift Aid is a simple way for Edinburgh South Community Football Club to increase the value of subscription payments made by UK taxpayers.

How does Gift Aid work?

When a UK taxpayer pays subscription fee to Edinburgh South CFC (registered charity), tax has already been paid on that money. This money therefore qualifies for Gift Aid. Since we are exempt from tax, we can claim an amount equal to the tax paid by a donor on their payment as a repayment from HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC).

How much is Gift Aid worth?

Gift Aid allows us to claim back 25p for every £1 you pay, boosting the value of your subscriptions by a quarter. All we need from you is your permission to reclaim the tax you have paid to HMRC.

What do I need to do?

So if you are a taxpayer (earning more than £12,570), it won’t cost you an extra penny and all you have to do is tick your Gift Aid Declarations box on My Club Hub

Your subscription fee + Tick The Gift Aid Box = Edinburgh South CFC will receive an extra 25p from the government at no extra cost to you!

All additional money claimed is spent on equipment which is vital for the club to maintain safety, enhance development, promote inclusivity, maintain facilities, and support growth and expansion.
